At Vanica, Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality services. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund may be necessary.

1. Non-Completion of Work: If the agreed-upon work is not completed as outlined in the contract or agreement, you are eligible for a full refund. This applies only to situations where no progress has been made on the project, and no deliverables have been provided.

2. Timely Delivery: In cases where the work has not been delivered within the time frame specified in the agreement, and no alternative arrangements or extensions have been made, a refund may be requested.

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

• Project name
• Date of agreement
• Explanation of the issue
• Any supporting documents or communication

We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 10 business days. If eligible, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Dispute Resolution:

If there is any disagreement regarding the work or refund request, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, we may involve a third-party mediator to help facilitate a fair and unbiased resolution.
